Calzones



Dough:
1 c. warm water
1 T. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. oil
2 1/2 cups flour

Knead together and let rise for 20 minutes. Divide into four pieces for calzones. Roll into round and add any pizza ingredients you desire. Bake for 15 minutes at 455 degrees.
